Please read this section carefully before using the air purifier.
Failure to follow these instructions may result in equipment damage, property loss, or personal injury.
- Temperature & Hazards: Do not use the air purifier in high-temperature environments (above 60°C / 140°F), areas prone to fire or explosion, or locations with exposure to liquids, oil, or grease.
- Humidity Requirements: The operating humidity range is 40% to 80%. Do not operate the machine outside this range.
Operating the purifier outside of these environmental conditions may cause premature filter failure or damage to internal circuits.
High Voltage Inside
- High Voltage Hazard: Do not open the rear panel. The internal voltage reaches 310V. Inspection and repair must be performed by qualified professionals only.
- Do not remove the back cover or touch any internal electrical components.
- Ensure the device is properly grounded before use.
- Use only the power cord provided with the device or an officially certified replacement.
- If the power supply voltage is unstable, immediately:
- Turn off the air purifier
- Disconnect the power cord
- Do not open the filter compartment door while the device is running.
- Do not insert hands, tools, or foreign objects into the air inlet or outlet.
- The internal main fan spins at high speed during operation:
- ❌ Do not touch the fan.
- ❌ Do not block airflow channels.
- If you notice abnormal noise, vibration, or odors, stop using the device immediately.
¶ 4. Filter Usage & Maintenance (Important)
To ensure the lifespan of the device and effective purification, please strictly adhere to the following guidelines:
- Do Not Wash: Filters are disposable items. Do not wash and reuse them. Please purchase official replacement filters from Aliencell regularly.
- No Operation Without Filters: Always ensure the filter is installed before turning on the purifier.
- Warning: Running the device without a filter may allow smoke or dust particles to enter the fan and control system, causing damage. You will be fully responsible for the repair costs of any damage caused by operating the unit without a filter.
- Check Installation: Ensure all filters are correctly seated before operation.
- Clogged Filters:
- Stop using the purifier if the filter is severely clogged, as this may reduce durability or damage the unit.
- Clean and maintain the device regularly and replace filters on schedule to ensure normal operation.
- Immediately purchase and install a new filter if you notice clogging, reduced filtration performance, or failure.

Damage or malfunctions caused by the following situations are not covered by the warranty:
- Operating the device without a filter installed.
- Continuing to use the device with a severely clogged filter.
- Unauthorized disassembly or modification of the unit.
- Use of non-official (third-party) filters.
- Using the device in environmental conditions other than those recommended.
