¶ 2. Packing List
Check all parts against the image below before installation. If any part is missing or damaged, stop the installation and contact support.
¶ 3. Installation and Use
Warning: Power off the laser engraver before installing or adjusting the riser base. Wait until the machine has fully stopped. Hold the machine with both hands when moving it to prevent dropping the unit or pinching your fingers.
¶ 3.1 Install the Door Panel
- Prepare 8 M5 × 18 mm hex socket screws and one 3 mm hex key.
- Align the door panel with the mounting position on the riser base, then slide it into the guide slots until both sides sit flush.
- Place the 8 M5 × 18 mm hex socket screws into the mounting holes as shown below.
- Tighten the screws one by one with the 3 mm hex key until the door panel is securely fastened.
- After installation, gently push the door panel to confirm that it does not loosen or wobble.
¶ 3.2 Close the Door Panel
- Push the door panel closed.
- Confirm that the panel sits flush against the front of the riser base.
- Do not start a job while the panel is half-open.
Tips: Close the door panel before processing. An open panel may reduce smoke control and expose the working area.
¶ 3.3 Place the Laser Engraver on the Riser Base
- Hold both sides of the laser engraver with two hands.
- Place the machine flat on top of the riser base.
- Confirm that the machine is centered and fully seated on the frame.

¶ 3.4 Adjust the Tray Height
- Select a tray position based on the material thickness.
- Insert the tray into the matching support layer.
- Confirm that the tray is level, stable, and does not tilt or wobble.
¶ 4. Material Thickness Range
- Reference the layer height diagram.
Select the tray position according to the material thickness. Leave enough clearance so the laser head, material, and tray do not interfere during focusing or movement.
Tips: If the material height is close to the upper limit of the selected layer, run a low-speed dry check first. Confirm that the laser head can move without touching the material.
¶ 5. Safety and Usage Notes
- Confirm that the laser engraver is stable on the riser base before each job.
- Remove the material before adjusting the tray height to prevent it from slipping or falling.
- Never start processing when the door panel is open or the riser base is not stable.
- For thick materials, verify the focus distance and movement clearance before engraving or cutting.
- Remove the laser engraver before moving the riser base.
