Accumulated grease, dust, and resin residue inside the machine can not only reduce exhaust efficiency but also pose a fire hazard. Regular deep cleaning—especially of the slats and baseplate—ensures your machine remains in peak operating condition.
Non-woven fabric or paper towels
Alcohol (Highly recommended for dissolving resin and grease)
Gloves (To keep your hands clean and protected)
Always turn off the machine before you start cleaning.
Grasp the handle and pull the baseplate drawer completely out of the machine.
Wipe down the interior black side walls with a damp cloth to remove dust.
Clean the exhaust port to ensure smooth airflow.
¶ Step 3: Remove Slats and Clean the Baseplate
Remove the slats one by one.
Using a cloth dampened with alcohol, wipe the surface and edges of the baseplate to remove accumulated soot and grease.
Wipe down each slat individually before reinstalling them.
¶ Step 5: Reassemble and Finish
Place the cleaned slats back into the slots on the baseplate.
Push the drawer back into the machine until it is flush with the machine body.
