Laser Exposure (Lid Open)	Lid opened during debugging or by mistake, exposing Class 4 laser radiation	Immediately switch off the machine Close your eyes to avoid further irritation If vision is blurred or eyes feel strained, seek medical help ASAP
Laser Burn on Skin	Laser exposure or reflection during open-lid adjustment	Rinse the affected area with cold water for 10–15 minutes Do not apply toothpaste or alcohol If blistered or charred, seek medical attention
Inhalation of Smoke or Fumes	Engraving materials like plastic or leather that release irritants	Open windows for ventilation Leave the area and go outside for fresh air If wearing a mask, replace it immediately Seek help if dizzy or short of breath
Electric Shock or Static Discharge	Touching internal parts or ports during maintenance	Cut power immediately Monitor for numbness or muscle twitching If symptoms persist or you lose consciousness, seek medical help
Fire or Smoke	Caused by flammable materials or poor ventilation	Immediately shut down power Use a CO₂ or dry powder fire extinguisher Never pour water on an electrified machine Evacuate and call emergency services if fire spreads
Cuts or Pinched Fingers	Occurs during material loading or module adjustment	Clean the wound, disinfect with iodine Use a bandage or sterile gauze Seek medical attention if the cut is deep or if there's an embedded object
Dizziness / Ringing / Fatigue	Prolonged use or loud cooling fan noise	Step away from the machine Rest for 10–15 minutes If symptoms persist, consult a doctor
