To ensure your personal safety and the proper operation of this laser engraver, please read and follow the safety instructions below carefully before use.
Do not store or place combustible materials (especially paper, fabrics, wood chips, or other organic substances) near the machine. Laser processing generates high temperatures and open flames that may cause fire hazards.
Place the machine in an environment with stable and moderate lighting. Strong sunlight or frequently changing ambient light may interfere with the Flame Detection Sensor, increasing potential safety risks.
Avoid placing heavy items on the lid. Excess weight may damage the lid, compromise sealing, affect sensor accuracy, or cause operational failure.
Place the machine on a sturdy and level table to prevent vibration or shifting during operation, which could affect engraving accuracy or damage the device.
Before starting, confirm that the lid is fully closed to prevent laser leakage that may cause injury or trigger safety protection mechanisms.
Make sure the Air Assist is properly connected, powered on, and free from air leaks.
Failure to enable the Air Assist may not only reduce engraving quality but also cause dust buildup on the Laser Module lens, leading to degraded performance or smoke accumulation.
Poor ventilation can result in smoke or odors. Connect the exhaust pipe to the designated exhaust system and ensure that airflow is unobstructed.
Ensure that the material is flat and firmly fixed on the work platform to prevent movement or focus errors during engraving. This guarantees both precision and safety.
Blocking sensors may interfere with positioning and safety detection, leading to malfunction or system shutdown.
The Emergency Stop Button should be in the released (popped-up) position; otherwise, the machine will not start.
In case of emergency, press the button immediately to stop all operations.
This product is classified as a Class 4 laser device. When the original protective lid is correctly installed and closed, it meets Class 1 safety standards. However, opening the lid during operation exposes the laser beam, returning the system to Class 4 high-risk status.
Never operate with the lid open!

Never leave the machine unattended while it is operating. If you notice unusual smells, smoke, or noises, stop the operation immediately.
