¶ 1. Product Overview
The Aliencell HV1 Handheld Vacuum Cleaner is a high-performance cleaning tool specifically designed for your laser engraving workspace. Featuring a powerful 13,000 Pa suction force, it effortlessly clears out fine dust, ash, and large wood chips from inside your Aliencell X1, ensuring your machine always runs in optimal condition.

¶ 1.2 Product Structure
- Power Button: Located on the inner side of the handle. Long press to start/stop the vacuum.
- Indicator Lights: Located on the back of the motor unit.
- Operation status light (Solid White): The device is running normally.
- Abnormal indicator light (Solid Red): Motor error or blockage. Stop immediately.

¶ 2. Installation Instructions
Upon unboxing, please verify all parts against the List of Items to ensure nothing is missing.
¶ 2.1 Installing the Nozzle
- Align the notch on the crevice nozzle with the connection end of the main unit, and push firmly until it fits into place.
¶ 2.2 Powering via Power Adapter (Wall Outlet)

Connect the power cord to the Power Adapter, and plug the other end into a wall socket.

After connecting the cable to the vacuum, embed the cord into the handle's groove and install the Power Cover to secure it.
¶ 2.3 Powering via the Machine (Aliencell X1)

Use the Mini-B Power Cable to connect the vacuum directly to the X1 machine. Connect the round end to the vacuum and the Mini-B end to the Peripheral Port on the X1.

Organize the cable into the groove and snap on the Power Cover.
¶ 3. Operation
Long press the power button on the handle to start cleaning. Use the vacuum to clean the interior of the Aliencell X1, including the laser module fan, exhaust fan, and internal debris.
¶ 4. Installing the Bracket
If you have purchased the official Aliencell Air Purifier, you can mount the vacuum bracket on its right side for convenient daily storage.
¶ 4.1 Removing the Purifier Filters
- Open the Air Purifier cover and take out all the filter cartridges from top to bottom.
¶ 4.2 Mounting the Bracket

Remove the 3 white silicone plugs on the right side of the purifier. Align the bracket with these holes on the outside. Then, from the inside of the purifier, use the provided 2mm Hex Wrench and screws to secure the bracket tightly.

Reinstall the 5 layers of filters from bottom to top, close the cover, and place your vacuum on the mounted bracket.
¶ 5. Cleaning & Maintenance
To ensure continuous strong suction, regular cleaning of the dust chamber and HEPA filter is required.
¶ 5.1 Cleaning the Chamber and Filter
- Press the white release buttons on both sides of the rear cover to detach the motor unit. Remove the white HEPA Filter cup and empty the dust and debris from the chamber into a trash bin.
The HEPA filter is washable under running water. Ensure it is completely dry before reuse.
¶ 5.2 Checking for Blockages
- To remove the nozzle, rotate the dot to align with the "Unlock" icon, then pull it out to check for internal blockages.
¶ 5.3 Reassembly
- Insert the clean HEPA filter back into the chamber. Reattach the motor unit by pushing it until it clicks into place. Next, align the small dot on the nozzle with the "Unlock" icon on the chamber, and rotate it to the "Lock" position.
