¶ 2. How to Send Feedback in the Software
If you encounter any issues, please follow the steps below to submit feedback so we can troubleshoot quickly:
¶ 2.1 Feedback Entry
Click the top toolbar: Menu > Help > Send feedback.
¶ 2.2 Fill in Key Information
After the popup opens, please fill it out according to the following standards to speed up processing:
- Subject: Summarize the issue in one sentence (e.g., "Error E01 caused a shutdown").
- Description: Please include the following 3 core elements:
- Error Code: The Error Code or Alarm Message displayed on the screen.
- Reproduction Steps: What operation/button was clicked before the issue occurred?
- Device Information: Current software version and firmware version.
- Attachments: Click the folder icon to upload.
- Required Content: Screenshots of error popups, photos of the faulty part, or videos of abnormal noises.
- Your email: Enter your valid email address to receive replies.

Click Submit. If video attachments are included, please wait for the upload to complete.
