Dust, smoke residue, and sticky vapor from wood, plywood, MDF, and coated materials can collect around the laser module cooling fan. Light, routine cleaning can help maintain airflow and reduce the chance of heat buildup during cutting or engraving.
However, the laser module contains small structural parts, positioning features, connectors, and optical components. Incorrect handling may damage the module, affect alignment, or reduce laser performance.
Warning: Always power off the device and unplug the power cable before any maintenance. Do not force open, pry, bend, or remove parts unless you are confident you can reinstall them correctly.

Use the video as a visual reference only. If your module has heavy dust buildup, blocked heatsink fins, abnormal fan noise, overheating, or sticky residue that cannot be removed safely from the outside, do not continue with basic cleaning.
